What is Powerlift?

Powerlift is a course that explores six principles nonprofits and businesses can implement to increase employability for individuals who have experienced challenges pasts of incarceration, poverty, addiction, and/or engagement in the sex trade. 

Why Powerlift

Powerlift is based on a social enterprise model that effectively helped women increase employability and launch small businesses. Women participating in this program launched successful companies generating $500K in annual sales, obtained graduate degrees, entered the professional workforce, and increased earning significantly.
